J'ai eu un problème avec la livraison. Le livreur colissimo n'a pas trouvé l'adresse et a retourné le colis à l'expéditeur. Quel naze. Le vendeur m'a informé immédiatement et a renvoyé rapidement le colis avec les compléments d'adresse que je lui ai donné. Le colis est arrivé. Les échanges avec le vendeur ont été rapides et clairs. bon achat, communication un peu plus compliqué mais bon vendeur. contrairement à d'autres vendeurs qui ne fournissent aucune facture ce vendeur fourni bien une facture. pour la demande il faut faire la demande en lui envoyant votre adresse mail et il vous suffit d'attendre ( la facturation est faite le weekend ) donc attendez quelques jours entre le temps de la demande et la réception du mail avec la facture.
